Shipping policy
Order Processing
We typically take 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5PM EST (Mon-Fri). Please keep in mind that orders placed after 5PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Transit time
Orders take 3 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) in transit.
Estimated Delivery Time
You can generally expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days, Monday - Friday (handling time + transit time).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We primarily use freight and LTL shipping companies to ship our orders. If your order includes an item that needs to be shipped via freight, we will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery time. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number during checkout (preferably a cell phone number).
We also partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order and that your credit card has been authorized. We won't actually charge your card until your order ships, unless the item is on backorder, in which case we may need to charge your card to reserve the item for you.
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.
Order Shipment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We also don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Changing Address After Order Placement
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note the following:
- Address changes after processing may result in delays.
- Any additional fees imposed by freight carriers due to an address change will be the customer's responsibility.
