Refund Processing Time: 10 days. The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund.
1. Return Time Frame: You can return defective or non products only within 30 days after your item has been delivered. If it's been more than 30 days, we won't be able to accept the return. All items authorized for return must be returned by mail. See below for more information.
2. Defective or Damaged Products: If the item you received isn't working or is broken, contact us within 30 days of the purchase. We'll first assist you in getting your item fixed as many manufacturers offer exceptional customer support to help diagnose and resolve problems quickly. If that is not possible for some reason and the manufacturer is willing to send you a new item, we'll help you send the original item back without extra charges.
3. Exchanges - We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products. If any of the items you purchased are defective or damaged, please contact us at support@titantoolworks.com for assistance in getting you a replacement or a refund.
4. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide that for some reason you no longer want the item you purchased, you have 30 days to send it back. You'll be required to pay the return shipping back to where it shipped from. Item must be new, unused and still in its original packaging as shipped.
5. Refunds: Once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in unused and working condition, we'll email you. If the return is authorized, your funds will be applied back to the card or payment method originally used within 10 days minus any restocking fee, should that fee be applied.
Remember, sometimes banks or cards might take a little while to show the refund. If it's been more than 10 days since the refund and you don't see it, just email us at support@titantoolworks.com.
