How do I place an order?

How long until my order ships? When will I get it?
Depending on the brand, orders typically take 1-2 business days to ship. In rare cases, shipment might take a bit longer due to unexpected delays. On average, you'll receive your order in 4-7 business days once shipped. If it's going to take longer, we'll usually say so on the product page. How will I know when my order ships?
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order and credit card authorization, along with your shipping and billing information. We do our best to make sure everything listed on our website is in stock, but sometimes things sell out quickly due to high demand.

Can I cancel my order?

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please check your package for any damage when it arrives, even if it's just damage to the box. Make a note of it when you sign for delivery. If you can't open the package right away but think it might be damaged, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item does arrive damaged, please send photos to support@titantoolworks.com, and we'll arrange a replacement or compensation.
